生物正交反應調控的納米探針與藥物是一種利用特定的化學反應在生物體內實現納米探針與藥物的精準結合和釋放的方法。這種方法可以克服傳統的納米藥物遞送系統的局限性,如低靶向性、高毒性、不穩定性等,實現對疾病的高效診斷和治療。 

The combination of nanoparticles and bioorthogonal chemistry, and for applications in bioimaging, biosensing, drug delivery, and activation. It mentioned a nanoprobe based on the copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) to release the anticancer drug docetaxel (doxorubicin) at the tumor site to achieve efficient killing of liver cancer cells.

 

The application of bioorthogonal chemical reactions in biomolecular analysis and disease diagnosis, including the detection of endogenous molecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, metabolites, enzyme activities, and the determination of disease-related targets. A nanoprobe based on tetrazine-diene reaction (Tz-Di) can release fluorescent dyes and anticancer drugs at the tumor site to combined photodynamic / chemical therapy of breast cancer cells.

A nanoprobe based on light-induced bioorthogonal response (PIBR) can release photosensitizers and anti-cancer drugs at tumor sites to combined photodynamic / chemical therapy of lung cancer cells.
