【產(chǎn)品介紹】肥大細(xì)胞（Mast?Cell）來(lái)源于未分化的間充質(zhì)細(xì)胞，近年來(lái)有人認(rèn)為可能來(lái)自胸腺和骨髓。正常多見(jiàn)于小血管周?chē)话阍诮Y(jié)締組織中都含有少量的肥大細(xì)胞，也常見(jiàn)于支氣管周?chē)鸵鹊男∪~間導(dǎo)管周?chē)谀c系膜的小血管周?chē)加写罅康姆蚀蠹?xì)胞。肥大細(xì)胞較一般細(xì)胞大，直徑約20～30μm。呈圓形或橢圓形；胞核較小，圓形；胞質(zhì)內(nèi)充滿粗大并具有異染性的圓形嗜堿性顆粒。
【染色結(jié)果】肥大細(xì)胞顆粒含有肝素和組織胺等，這些屬于硫酸酯，呈異色性。因此，用易染性染料甲苯胺藍(lán)可以使其呈異色性的紅紫色。
