DiBAC4(5)是一種檢測細(xì)胞膜電位的親脂性陰離子熒光染料，它本身無熒光，當(dāng)進(jìn)人細(xì)胞與胞漿內(nèi)的蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)合后才發(fā)出熒光。DiBAC4(5)進(jìn)入細(xì)胞，細(xì)胞內(nèi)熒光強度增加，即膜電位增加表示細(xì)胞去極化；反之，細(xì)胞內(nèi)熒光強度降低即膜電位降低表示細(xì)胞超極化。
