The water-soluble CdTe/CdSe/ZnS quantum dot products produced by Suzhou Beike Nano Technology Co., Ltd. are based on CdTe as the core, CdSe and ZnS as the shell, and the surface is a core/shell/shell fluorescent nanomaterial wrapped by a hydrophilic ligand. The average quantum yield is 70%. In particular, this product still has a quantum yield of more than 40% in the near-infrared band. It should be stored away from direct sunlight and stored in a 4 degree sealed dark place. It can be customized for customers to produce 620nm Products with different grams of any wavelength at ~820nm. This product has the characteristics of uniform particle size, broad absorption spectrum, symmetrical emission spectrum, high and stable fluorescence intensity.
The company currently provides four types of water-soluble CdTe/CdSe/ZnS quantum dots: (1) negatively charged carboxyl groups on the surface, 3-mercaptopropionic acid as a coating agent; (2) negatively charged carboxyl groups on the surface, and polymers as Coating agent; (3) The surface is negatively charged carboxyl group, containing PEG chain, which has excellent biocompatibility and can be connected to antibody proteins with amino groups; (4) The surface is positively charged amino group, containing PEG chain, biological phase It has excellent capacity and can be connected to antibody proteins with carboxyl groups.
