The water-soluble CdTe/CdS quantum dot products produced by Suzhou Beike Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. are based on CdTe as the core, CdS as the shell layer, and the core/shell type fluorescent nanomaterials coated with hydrophilic ligands. The average quantum yield is 50%, avoid direct sunlight during storage, and store in a sealed dark place at 4 degrees. Products with any wavelength from 540nm to 640nm can be customized for customers. This product has the characteristics of uniform particle size, broad absorption spectrum, narrow and symmetric emission spectrum, and high and stable fluorescence intensity. The company currently provides water-soluble CdTe/CdS quantum dots with carboxyl groups on the surface and mercaptopropionic acid as the coating agent.
